Payment for services is due according to the invoice terms specified in your service agreement. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
All fees are exclusive of applicable sales taxes (HST/GST) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and corporate cheque.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on work performed.
